Refund & Cancellation Policy - USA

1. General Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are fully refundable.

Flexible Cancellation: Cancellations made within 0–48 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The remaining 80% of the booking amount will be refunded. Rescheduling is free and available once per booking.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected during booking.

2. Cancellation Requests

Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked date for eligibility. Cancellations within 0–48 hours will be refunded with a 20% fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Tickets may be rescheduled once to a different date (subject to availability) if requested before 8:00 AM on the originally booked date.

No additional rescheduling fee applies.

4. Weather & Park Closure

In case of extreme weather or park closure, tickets will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Refunds are not provided.

5. No-Show Policy

Tickets will be forfeited if the guest does not show up at the scheduled date and time. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted.

6. Special Promotions & Offers

Tickets purchased under promotions, discounts or special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

9. Compliance with Park Rules

No refunds will be issued for violations of park rules, late arrivals, early exits or misuse of tickets.
